Athletes and coaches from Kamloops fared well at the Special Olympics B.C. Winter Games.

Missing from the picture are curlers Rob Adolph and Andrea Gundeson, along with floor-hockey players Tyrine Flukinger, Ricky Porter, Braden Moritz and coach Kailey Joliffe.
Cummings claimed gold in both the 400-metre sprint and relay snowshoeing events, Cleland won a gold medal in the 100m snowshoweing race and Chase won bronze in the 400m relay.
The floor-hockey players from Kamloops claimed silver in the B flight and the curling team represented the city well.
