The Thompson-Nicola Regional District has lifted its evacuation alerts for both the Adams West and Coldstream Creek wildfires.
The Wildfire Management Branch has informed the TNRD the imminent risk of danger to life and properties has diminished at this time.
The TNRD had issued alerts for six properties located near the Adams West service road and 28 properties along Highway 97 near Coldstream Creek.
The Adams West wildfire is estimated to be 30 hectares in size and is now 50 per cent contained. The 250-hectare wildfire at Coldstream Creek is now 85 per cent contained.
Both fires are believed to have been lightning caused.
