The snow has melted and what is showing up on the side of the streets of Barnhartvale?
Doggie doo!
It amazes me how much dog poo is on the side of the streets.
Owners of dogs are either not picking up after their pets or are letting them run loose.
Either way, they are irresponsible and don’t give a darn about their neighbors.
