The TRU WolfPack doubles duo of Lacey Banman and Anica Arduini posted a 1-5 record at the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association national badminton championships in Edmonton on the weekend.
They did not advance to the championship round.
TRU ended on a high note, beating Sunwen Metler and Kristen Visser of Mount Allison University.
The WolfPack finished fifth at the tournament, held at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT).
Powin Lau and Jessica Yu of the hometown NAIT Ooks won the women’s doubles title on Saturday, March 1.
