The TRU WolfPack men’s volleyball team is still searching or its first victory of the season after falling in five sets to the University of British Columbia Thunderbirds on Friday, Oct. 24.
The scores were 21-25, 25-20, 24-26, 25-22, 15-10.
TRU fell to 0-5, while UBC improved to 4-1.
The teams will play again tonight (Oct. 25) at 6:45 p.m.
“I thought our guys did great and competed,” said WolfPack head coach Pat Hennelly in a news release. “There are things you would like to change but I think it’s the best we have played all year. It was a huge crowd which was nice to see. Casey Knight had a pretty solid performance after being out for five weeks.”
Knight led the WolfPack with 20 kills, three digs, two block assists and a service ace.
